The SP-C Series is a standard gantry-style water cutting platform with a classic design. The platform features a split structure, where the water tank and machine bed are separated. Traditional water tanks can deform over time due to continuous stress changes, which can affect the machine’s precision. By using a split design, the load changes on the platform do not impact the cutting accuracy, ensuring long-term stability.

Hydraulic drive
The floor-mounted tilting platform uses a hydraulic station and hydraulic cylinder drive system, which offers significant operational advantages compared to the traditional pneumatic drive mode. The platform tilts smoothly and steadily, with minimal vibration during the descent, minimizing impact damage and providing excellent protection for brittle materials like stone. This ensures processing quality while also improving overall work efficiency.
Floor-standing flip platform
With its ground-level layout, the loading height is only 10cm. Operators no longer need to lift heavy slabs, making the loading process simple and effortless. This significantly reduces labor costs and the risk of bumps and knocks during slab handling, effectively improving overall loading and unloading efficiency and making it suitable for high-intensity stone processing scenarios.
Fully enclosed cable chain
With a smooth and robust surface, made of high-quality engineering nylon, it provides all-around protection. The cable is wrapped inside the cable chain, and the external sand tube design not only extends the cable’s lifespan and reduces maintenance costs, but also simplifies the installation and replacement of the sand tube, shortens maintenance time, and significantly improves equipment efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Enables three-dimensional 3D cutting. The cutting head assembly is highly rigid, made from lightweight aluminum alloy, and offers minimal deflection (less than 0.01mm) under 380MPa high-pressure water, ensuring high cutting precision.
